1. What is BLK?
BLK is a contemporary clothing brand designed in Kuwait. We focus on creativity, quality, and passion for fashion, offering a range of clothing beyond just hoodies. 2. How can I place an order?
Placing an order with BLK is simple! Browse our collection online, choose the items you'd like to purchase, select your size, and click "Add to Cart." When you're ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your shipping details. For payment, after placing your order, a secure payment link will be sent to you via WhatsApp. To confirm your order, please complete the payment within 5 minutes. Your order will only be processed once the payment is successfully made.
3. What sizes do you offer?
At BLK, we aim to cater to a wide range of sizes. Our collections are designed to fit various body types, ensuring that everyone can find something that suits their style. Please refer to the size chart on each product page for accurate measurements.
4. How do I know if an item is in stock?
All our products listed on the website are in stock unless indicated otherwise. If an item is out of stock, you can sign up for notifications on the product page to be alerted when it’s back in stock.
5. How do I track my order?
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.
6. Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed. Unfortunately, once an order is confirmed, we cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made. However, if you need assistance, please contact our customer support team, and we'll do our best to assist you.
7. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we only offer shipping within the GCC (Gulf Cooperation Council) region. Shipping costs and delivery times will vary depending on your location within the GCC. You can view the shipping options at checkout.
8. How do I return or exchange an item?
At BLK, we do not accept returns or exchanges. This policy is in place for two main reasons:
- Limited Releases: Many of our items are part of exclusive, limited-edition collections. Once they’re gone, they’re gone, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
- Hygiene Purposes: For the health and safety of our customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
